Amlan Satan is a Manhattanite and jewel-thief known as Shadow. He's been subverting baron-influence of blood-diamond safe-box controls in US banks for 2 years and has targeted the baron Goldfinger for his Manhattan bank sapphire gem, a $20 million stone rumored to be linked to Goldfinger's terrorism-linked diamond highway in North America.

ESMERELDA: I have no idea what my boyfriend does, but he works on his computer all the time!

Amlan and his girl live in his wonderful Manhattan apartment. After graduating from Dartmouth, he worked with capitalism-nexus analysis think-tanks at CalTech before deciding to go 'freelance' as a private baron-infiltration jewel-thief in North America. He calls his Manhattan lair his bat-cave.

Amlan (aka, 'Shadow') has lifted over $30 million worth in blood-diamonds from baron safe-boxes all over US banks after leaving formal Interpol-relations work(s). He's now targeting the Goldfinger safe-box with the $20 million sapphire, and he's dressed/costumed as a Saudi investor named Ahmed for the heist.

Amlan/Shadow is going inside the bank with one of his sample toy-store water-guns for this toy-business and intends to store (fake) diamonds inside the safe-box of the Manhattan bank on the day of the heist as the fake Saudi investor Ahmed. This water-gun is actually filled with corrosive HCL acid.

The Manhattan bank Amlan/Shadow will be infiltrating to hit Goldfinger's safe-box with the $20 million sapphire is a wondrous US bank indeed!

Amlan ("Ahmed") presents his intention to the manager who escorts him into the vault-room with the diamond safe-boxes along with an escorting guardsman when he reveals his water-gun is actually an acid-gun! He whispers to the manager not to alarm the guardsman and to wait outside while he burns a hole in Goldfinger's safe-box with the $20 million sapphire. Amlan/Shadow/Ahmed procures Goldfinger's sapphire and places his own (fake) diamonds in the safe box and leaves it in the burnt-open safe-box for Goldfinger to find. He explains to the manager who's now shocked that he's an undercover agent working with intelligence-relations to bring to light Goldfinger's ties to North American terrorists!

MANAGER/GUARDSMAN: All we know now is that Goldfinger's being tracked by various North American trackers!

AMLAN/SHADOW: Now that my theft-days are behind me, I plan to indulge in my ice-hockey fanfare and Islanders games!

In particular, Amlan Satan ('Shadow') is a big John Tavares fan and owns his NHL rookie-card and enjoys watching NY Islanders games on TV in his Manhattan apartment with his girlfriend Esmerelda. He goes to sleep one night after some heavy wine after the Tavares-Islanders win Game 7 of the Stanley Cup against the LA Kings. That sentimental evening, Amlan Satan has a lucid dream in which he sees himself going through an identity-portal which lands him inside the body---and brain---of John Tavares!

"I've landed in this strange and wondrous dream inside the identity of the Islanders' superstar Tavares!"

In this awesome dream, Satan (Amlan) sees himself excel as the Islanders center-scorer John Tavares. The Islanders are red-hot following their winning/championship season that season and Amlan is taking over the body and spirit of Tavares, helping the Islanders crush their current rivals such as the Flyers, Red Wings, Maple Leafs, and Ducks.

"I've accompanied my Tavares-goals with great assist-plays to my other Islanders team-mates in this wondrous dream!"

As the Islanders, led by Tavares (Amlan Satan!) continue to win, Amlan realized in the course of this unusual dream-sleep that his fantasy of being an NHL playmaker supersedes suddenly his previous life as a master jewel-thief in North America!

This is a story of a sports-fan and jewel-thief who goes through a certain spiritual patriotic transformation because of his special daydream that he's become a 'super-fan' of the Islanders play-maker/scorer Tavares.
