Clouds

Clouds

A Poem by Ace Jaxon

Like clouds drifting, they go slowly.
Turning into different things along the way.
Breaking into pieces, looking so calm and collected.
Looking like none of it could hurt.
Still making silly faces.
How could they hurt? They look so fun.
Maybe the clouds smile so you can too?
So you can learn to enjoy the sun, the grass, the air, the water a little more.
So you don't stumble around, falling to the ground.
The clouds feel more than they say.
Why would they be emotionless?

I too am a cloud gazer. I just love the way they morph into different shapes and faces, how they move at different speeds and how they can be light and fluffy or black and heavy. Clouds certainly have moods. I prefer the little feather sort on a hot day or the ones that turn into mountains and islands. Nice imagery here.

In my imagination, clouds show their emotions in form of hail, rain, Strom and so on... But the way they are being represented here, their breaking and their joy, it does teaches us a lot. Such a meaningful one!!
