Watching

Even when you think

you are alone

They are there

Watching with

cold hard eyes

and wrecked souls

and the teeth of demons.

So turn 'round

keep yourself

on guard

and one day

you will soar

to a land

free of the demons

but you will

always be

watched

I think changing some of your word choice, making it flow a little better... Possibly think of it as a song, read it aloud and see how the poem works.

I'm not that experienced in the genre of poetry though... Trying to get more exposed to it!
