Nothing Changes

just a thought i had and it developed into a poem fast, what you think?

Wars and battles just have to happen sometimes.
Our loved ones must leave to fight at times.
That is inevitable and will never change.
Does anyone find this a little strange?
How we continue to fight.
Does anyone else even have the gift of sight.
To see what I see.
No one but me it seems.
Can tell that no matter how many wars rage with a new aim.
Our world stays the same.
