Revenge isn't sweet, all it ends in is defeat

To take revenge you take your life and hurt those around you

Arriving like a missile, time stops, as it is lodged into the sky

Everyone pauses, they embrace the vision as it flies by

 

An eery screech, then it lands, a definite boom

Soon the only offer of light will be heavens loom

 

It lands, an explosion, the devil beams

Suddenly ruined, is everyone's dreams

 

Brothers hearts fill up with anger, hate and sorrow

As the Devil's was, before turning hollow

 

Devil follows like a shadow making his puppet act

And sure enough another puppet reacts

 

With a red red red

It seeps from within the leeks they bled bled bled

 

Next of all the summoning gets worse

As the once God, begins to rehearse

 

Now below the ground lies a child's flower bed

Life for the others hanging on a thread

 

They were warned, the siren did once glow, yellow yellow yellow

But now all is heard is echoe echoe echoe

 

After one messenger became the next

The new commandments were inscribed as text

 

Truly vengence instead of affection spread spread spread

Now look, all loved ones are dead dead dead

 

As your wounds ooze with reality, emotion, loss

You realize, that over yourself, the devil was boss

 

In the battle field, every man is down, you are alone

But remember, that battle field, it was once your home

Author's Note

Things are obviously bad when one wants to hurt someone else and make them feel like they do, awfull. But after revenge takes place it seems things are worse then before and the only sweet memory of that rise in justice was when you were actually taking it. Not infact, the outcome.
