Silence

Silence

A Poem by Star Cross

The waves underneath the moon
Flows soothingly towards the beach.
I am standing at the beginning,
Hoping to be taken away from the dark.

The wind caresses my face
And tells me good-by.
A kiss upon the cheek,
And you disappear from me.

I am walking,
Waiting for rescue.
I cannot swim.
Yet, my legs guide me into the silence.

I've got a war in my mind.

You've got a war in your mind... everybody experience that. I hope there's an end to that war. Nice piece.
Keep going. :0
