I love the "soft spun sandy beaches" images - you set the scene for us here - I also liked the "alone and in love" line because it seemed contrasting to me - so let's me wonder a bit - which is always nice in a poem!! nice!

i could feel that sugary sand on my bare feet, that salt in the air and the hear the crash of those waves...all within the short span of words of your haiku
