I Know, Liar

Okay, well this is a poem I wrote about lying when one of my friends who seems to be a compulsive liar got on my last nerve one day

Fake smiles dance upon your lips

Deceitful flames glow in your eyes

You watch your words so the truth won't slip

But I'm able to see straight through your lies

So I said I knew what was going on

"It's true, It's true!" with tears, you claimed

But then I still refused to play along

I am disgusted by your little game

But my wall of loathing crumbles to dust

A  glaring face I can not maintain

Right now, being your friend is a must

And I open back up my cold heart again

Slowly but certainly,  your lying comes back

I depressingly drag my blade on my wrist

Why did I forgive you? I should know better than that

Don't speak to me now, I'm trying to deal with this...

So I say I know what is going on

"You're wrong, so wrong!" with fury, you exclaim

But I turn up my music and whisper along

Ignoring you, your lies, and the pain

Um, this is my first poem I've written that wasn't for school...so...it may suck. Please tell me how I can fix it! :D Thanks!
