Istünmase 32:19

Istünmase 32:19

A Poem by GypsyDanger

I close my eyes to still the sound,
and pray The Lord my soul to keep,
but the tearing of thin membrane,
stirs the silence as I sleep.
Now I lay me down to rest,
and pray The Lord to keep me safe,
from Elder Gods, don't slumber now!
and leave us all here wondering how,
we can walk in the Valley of Shadow,
with so much left to fear...
So sleep without remembrance,
For the End of Days is near.
