CrestfallenA Poem by papermush08Have you ever felt like you're not needed?
Tender spirit, weak esteem
I see my stars go dim Gone in a day once again As though I don't happen The world tends to misplace My existence that lost its grace Since I am an underling Almost a blow of nothing Nobody wishes to be a loner Until being alone becomes easier To disregard fake attention To shirk a shallow misconception I hope time is generous And grant my years to be glorious For I know what I deserve best And what I'd gladly serve for the rest But I'm barely on the ground I come and go like a distant sound No one would dare to chase No one would care to trace © 2014 papermush08Reviews
