Brainstorms, are there Heartstorms?

Heart calm down!
When words left unsaid
and conveyed in complexities
Head doesn't turn or
silent words unheard
Be calm, oh heart!
Don't fuss too much.

Time passes, fondness still
'feelings' don't 'regret'
how dear you were held,
please don't tell..
Oh how you ache
for words left unsaid!

I will convey oh heart!
your yearnings core, at next.
Clear and expressive,
so more fully and rich
Be calm, oh heart!
I know your sobs.

Words expressed, all said and done.
What went wrong oh heart,
you were upturned!
Weren't words said what you conveyed?
Don't freeze oh heart!
Be still, don't shake.
Can't make other's beat,
the rhythm you make.
Each one is different and have their share
Calm down heart, I know it's fair!
Be strong, we will still be there..

I absolutely loved this and I do believe that "heartstorms" should be an actual thing. Reading this, I was reminded of a song called "Very Nice" where it describes the built up emotions for a loved one, to the point that a person's heart would explode. You have written a similar tale quite beautifully. Great job!

Very interesting writing if only I knew how to clearly communicate with my heart and not my head the heart speaks true from a much greater depth of feeling nice expressions of thoughts here that need studied with the head while the heart can shoot straight as an arrow

this is a cool poem....and if feel it right now...having interaction with an ex...and words of regret being spun into a possibility of time together again.
