"A Spider's Web..."

"A Spider's Web..."

A Poem by Chris
"

Mmmmmhmmm...

"

"A Spider's Web..."

Do you ever go any 'where'?
Just for the sake of - GOING!
Knowing you CAN...
Knowing there IS no reason nor rhyme
no thought, restriction,
just...YOU...GOING...some...WHERE -

just because you CAN!

I used to. But, living as I do with my girlfriend, there's not much I can do without her approval so I gotta get a hall pass from her first.

Forge one or better yet - take her along!

Where being the appropriate word...there is always a where somewhere, but where?
Wandering through such thoughts is a maze in itself ...

Oh, how I would love to do so... You seem to be a master of making the writing itself work as a part of the piece. The changes between italics, bold, and regular text are all astonishingly well done and add to the poem.

All you can is inner knowledge somehow... if you DO? is a second question....
Nice meandering. ;)

letting go, and allowing oneself to move without a need for explantion or reason other than ability is a hard thing to do.
we, as humans, myself especially, always seem to need a reason.
.... following a wayward path without intent of destination scares me, i must admit.

thought provoking write.

yes, but I often take for granted how liberating that is...
often we are too calculated in our endeavors, much like the spider spinning it's web.

Yes I go places all the time. Just because I can.
