"A Quiet Thought..."

"A Quiet Thought..."

A Poem by Chris

It was:

"A Quiet Thought..."

Her beauty is in my eyes -
so soft and clear, just beyond touch
but not beyond dreams...

Walking the meadow... Mmmmmmm,
following the stream,
until finding sheltered place
can sit and just be quiet together,
watching... feeling the air,
as trees move in the lee of a soft autumn's breeze...
feeling the grass beneath tickled feet,
loving the softness of her hand in mine,
watching the sunset in her eyes,
at peace...
in time and place
.

@@@@@@@@@@

"A Quiet Thought..."

Life is beyond dreams
as you sit with empty hands
gazing and gazing

at the mysts of ne'er wills.

And it matters how?

Every single quiet thought matters. You remind us to take notice of them.

"at the mysts of ne'er wills" " And it matters how"?..Ahh.. yes... questions to ponder on a lazy afternoon. Sometimes, it's the acceptance of the ne'er wills that need the closure

"Watching the sunset in her eyes" .. .. .
"At peace "
in time and place ..

And never, is so very final .. ..

.. Simply, .. because .. The Loves always matter ..

Thought-full ..
