Equivocal Romance

Equivocal Romance

A Poem by AndBeForgotten

(I'm bird on a wire, balancing against the wind)

The flutter of wings, motion of trees,

Nothing but a reminder

Of this time we must appease.

Vague stirrings of emotions in his eyes

Reflect in a city of glass; his disguise

All my thoughts jumble in to one

You are the resounding one

Shake the tree & let the good apples fall.
