Beautiful Broken Hearts

It hurts. But the most beauty comes from it.

Broken, Bloody, and shattered,
Bruised, cut, and shredded,
These Broken crying hearts,
So sad, so beautiful.

The pain and suffering builds strength,
Out of this sadness is a new person,
These Broken hearts build,
The work still unfinished, still beautiful.

In dark times they light the way,
Their gentle spirits and open minds,
All these make beautiful broken hearts.

Inspired by the purity of a broken heart. The pain can form a gentle spirit, one that helps and brings happiness to others.
