Stabbed in the Heart

I trusted you for all these years
Whispering my secrets to your ear.
You said that you would never tell
But now my life's a living hell.

I fear to even turn my back
For you may be in any crack.
I showered you with all my love
But you looked down on me from above.

You were my closest friend
And this is something we cannot mend.
But you wanna know the worst part?
You stabbed me right in the heart.
