On stained stone oak

Up in the heavens

Consumed with the thought

Absorbed at creation

Distilled at the pores 

Pulsing and thriving 

Growing and seeding 

The new summer solstice 

Marks the beginning

Nice statement poem, a good topic with strong imagery and some very powerful lines. Even though I am not a fan of statement poems this one is pretty good :~)
