Spectrum of Solitude

Spectrum of Solitude

A Poem by Anju.H
"

There is always a place for everyone when you don't try to fit in where you don't belong.

"
Never really had urge to see
Soup to nuts'
Something I left for dreams.

Certainly can't shut every loud person
neither this crowd : nor they can fill void of my heart
Or maybe I just envy liberty of their mind.

I needed a home; a place of my own
to continue being a slave,
Slave of my mind, my unbearable hunches.

How do you shut your loud mind?
How do you escape from room without door?
Especially when you're a slave of your own?

Where did I belong?
Neither the ocean nor the shore
Sky can't hold, ground refuses to.

Neither black nor white
one more colour in spectrum:
Maybe I was meant to live a grey life.

One thing about my home is: window
A window which let sun in
without me having to step outside
