Dark Waters

this was kinda about the oil spill that has happened...but yet another crappy poem....

Darkness slides over the water.

This was not intended slaughter.

Swallowing all who come near,

 as they swim an ocean of fear.

The darkness ends all of their lives.

From this disaster, who survives?

Tears are flooding from their eyes.

Can you hear their upset cries?

Can Poseiden feel their pain?

The tears shall down like rain.

Will this start an angry war?

These are the cries you can't ignore.
