I Don't Know

I Don't Know

A Poem by Miss Anna

The romance
Of being alone
It goes so fast

But the idea
of being in love
still seems so crass

I just don't know

That face, your eyes
When they meet mine
I swear I know
That I know what I want
But what I feel
I just can't show

Because I just don't know

Honesty
With you my dear
Comes easy

But the thought
Of you knowing who I am
Well it should explain why I fought

If I only knew

I feel so safe inside
Your arms, and
just by your side

Then my heart, it turns
My emotions crumble
logic burns, through

That face and your eyes
When they meet mine
I swear that I know
What I want
And how I feel
But it's something I'll never show

Because I just don't know
