The day I wrote this was the first day I ever really broke down and cried in front of my friends. I blamed the topic of conversation completely.

It takes a lot to break me down
Hot tears rolling down my cheeks
Anguish ripping at my heart
Thoughts tearing me apart
Everyone stopped suddenly and then
Your name faded from conversation
Only to echo in my brain
Unbearable and plain
