Mahol Ko

Mahol Ko

A Poem by Anonymous Angel
"

Two words: Mahal Kita. The pain is gone, and you're set free to another world without hurt.

"

I step outside and fulfill the sunlight.

It reminded me of how his eyes glistened parallel to mine.

The wind blows a cold breeze.

It had given me chill bumps like his last words had done.

I look out to the world, and smile.
In this life, we are apart. But in another life, we are still laughing and living and loving.

I felt water fall on my cheek as I look up to the sky.
The gates of heaven poured forgiveness down to the earth as I stood there, smiling in the rain.

I reflected on his words.
"When did I disappear?" I said.
"When I needed you to stop me." I heard his words one last time.

I look upon my feet and just listen.

"You were always an angel to me." He once said.
And like that, I flew away.

Anonymous Angel
This is very personal to me as well, like most of my writings, but this is by far the most personal. This is about an ex lover who still has my heart. This soul broke every good thing built.
