The little flower 2- Who created this divide?

The little flower 2- Who created this divide?

A Poem by CA Anurag Sharma
"

Gender, religion, region, color.... there is so much divide that we have forgotten our actual identity.

"
The little flower spoke again,
"Why is there so much divide?"
The answer for it seemed to be very vile,
So i thought for a while,
Gender, color, religion, region,
We have divided ourselves so much,
If there is God then where is he?
Yes someone created this world for sure,
But why is it that good only wins in stories?
Why is it that some people die of hunger, while some live in luxury?
Why there is so much divide in his name only?
The little flower got me thinking,
Then I replied,
God created the world but man created the divide,
It was man who differentiated between black and white,
Man in greed created the boundaries,
His greed to rule created the countries,
His insecurities created the gender divide,
Man is not superior to woman in any aspect,
Everyone is equal and demand equal respect,
Serving those who are suffering,
Valuing each and every life,
In all the divide we have forgotten our real identity,
We are human and our first religion is humanity,
The little flower seemed satisfied,
But our conversation didnt end here only,
It was just a start to the long journey.

'Why there is so much divide in his name only?'
As you say, it can be on so many levels - gender, wealth etc, not just religion.

It seems in any name, division clouds the vision, including so called science used to back up rationalising of Darwinian ideas of 'race', or communism at its worst excesses - 'some pigs more equal than others' [Orwell's Animal Farm]. Perhaps humans have not evolved beyond the 'selfish gene' and the best that can be done is to 'manage' the instincts of 'them' and 'us'.

there are so many questions---when it comes to belief in a higher power, in a God...we say all too often"
if there is a God, why would he let so many bad things happen and why does he let so much hate exist?"
but then...we don't display a whole lot of responsibility when it comes to free will...
