Rhapsodized

Rhapsodized

A Poem by TamiViolet
"

Spring has just about sprung, yes? Along with so much more...

"

The silvery rain stings our faces,

And the assault of April's discontent

     Awakens dreams pressed into

Empty

Wine cellars...

Purple crocuses bloom wild in woods

   Preparing for summer fantasy as

     Nature's rhythm,

Graceful like raving lovers reunited,

          Unveils dormant spirits waiting...

                To be reborn...

I ADORE the alliteration in the first three lines... Simply beautiful... This poem was amazingly stunning. It's going to be added to my library. Simple fantastic. The feeling is so... "classic"... I don't know any other way to describe it. Fascinating and great picture too. 100/100 across the board!

Superb write. I particularly enjoy your vivid imagery and how eloquently you have expressed the rebirth of Nature that is Spring. Very well done.

This poem pours of good things to come. It's amazing how you draw from the surroundings and bottle them up so neatly in a little poem like this one.

I really like your writing. You have a unique way with words and this poem is simply sensational. The vision of purple crocuses and "dormant spirits waiting to be reborn" is such a beautiful way of expressing a new season and a time for renewal.

Oh, how I've yearned so much for Spring to be here. Ugh, So Long!! It could be a lot better without all of this rain, though lol! But, wow! This is such a very beautiful, and romantic poem! Very flowing and has the kind of touch, like silk touching the skin type of feeling. Very beautiful! :)
