To Mother with Love

Motherhood is unselfishness

         When I unfurled my eyelids with zero knowledge,

                                 her eyes promised me to teach…

        When I barged into a quandary inattentively,

                                 her motivation dispelled my glitch…

 

       When I’m perplexed to choose a precise path,

                                               she advised me to build my own track…

       When I was jammed in a complex scenario,

                                             she injects the confidence that I lack…

 

      When I was pushed into the dark abyss,

                                        she is always there like an illumination to haul…

     When I was fatigued in a journey,

                                    she boosts inspiration that even drives me to crawl…

 

     When I feel like I’m being collapsed,

                               she’s beside me always to strengthen my stability…                      When I was having terrible nightmares,

                         she dragged me out of grievance and evinced the reality…

I penned down this poem for you ‘MOM’, because I want this poem to be my own special way of showing you how much you mean to me. I have so much to convey and I’m sure this poem will never justify my love for you but each word in this poem comes straight from my heart & I want you to be happy every day, every minute & every second….LOVE YOU...
