God Deserves Honor and Praise

Is it not evil to violate God's commandments
If one keeps doing so without plans to repent
Then on Judgement Day, they'll surely be condemned
And their luxuries will not be able to save them.

It may be difficult to overcome temptations in this world
But do not forget that you are protected by the LORD
Keep instilled in your heart, mind, and soul His words
Which you yourself have accepted and heard.

Faith is to hope for something we cannot see
Even when things get rough, we still remain in our belief
That there is a God of love who will help us overcome
Carry on from the past and always stay strong.

The Father is eternal, omnipotent, and omniscient
To Him and Him alone we must be obedient
For He knows what is best for all of us
In the Most High should we place our trust.

Above all, praise be to God for how He treats us so well
For we are members of the true Church of Christ
We are granted free of eternal damnation in hell
When His begotten Son is sent down from the skies.
