Part Two - The highwayman

Part Two - The highwayman

A Poem by ~Sarah~ Idríel The Fair
"

Bess

"

Bess

What was the sound - heard from the silent road?

Is that him? The man from my dreams, a dark face, dark clothes with dark horse on a moonless nights.

We will meet but the death is between us.

There's no time, the owl is quiet and the stars are in darkness, and I heard a sound from the silent road!

The steady sound of a horse's hooves!

Perhaps, yes perhaps he has the chance to escape! No matter of what I'll keep my promise!

An awful sound of a muscet echoed in the distance and the curse of the silent road began!

Time after time on moonless nights a traveler might heard a sound, the drumming sound of a horse's hooves!

But for dark eyed Bess and his loved one,
they no longer apart.

Because they broke the curse!

You are welcome dear Sarah.
Boundless love
holds the hearts of the worthy
and makes their nights
soft with the glow
of wish-full eyes.
