life and time

Did you know that life goes on

he doesn't stop for anyone

he keeps walking and never looks back

until the day he passes everyone

 

but life is never lonely

time is there each step he makes

and time will continue to walk with life

until the final step he takes

 

life and time they coincide

one is always with the other

together they walk side by side

until they meet with another

 

at the end of the road they walk

they will soon find nothing but a large door

one open it leeds to a better place

where they don't have to walk any more
