Thank you very much. I'm glad i could help. I once read somewhere that when life is dragging you in so many different directions, saying "this is important" stop, put your hand on your heart and say "no. This is important". I hope that helps

Oh, that mad moment of anxiety causing havoc! And you are quite right, 'take a moment, just breathe'. It has an amazing effect! I really like this poem. The first verse makes us feel quite frantic. Then the change in tempo of the last two lines, has a rally soothing effect. Nicely done.
