He helps with stress release...a poem about futurama

 

Bender

 

My friend Bender

The best he can be

a robot that shines

for others to see

 

Has an obsolete antenna

pointing out his head

oh this guy Bender

a robot to dread

 

Fueled by alcohol

a tasty drop

he can drink a gallon

yeah, non-stop

 

When he belches

your ears will pounds

this robot makes

such an awful sounds

 

That’s just the beginning

this guy gives grief

Hell, he is

a compulsive thief

 

A diamond, a pearl

he’ll slide it off your finger

and polish your skin

so looks will linger

 

He hated all humans

and that might sound bad

he would kill them all

if you get him, mad

 

Under the city

he has a friend

it’s the robot devil

that delivers the sins

 

like most all guys

that use their hands

Bender  jack’s on

along the electrical band

 

 

Oh fear of old Xmas eve

a rendition that you might know

 robot Santa Clause

with a missile and a toe

 

He’s checked his list

and you’re either naughty or nice

he’ll blow you a way

and not think twice

 

My friend Bender has

a compassion for things

I mean other than

those shiny rings

 

He befriended a turtle

as a tear fell from his eye

the poor poor turtle

on his back, he lied

 

The turtle is no fool

as he soon found out

he rocked on his side

was back in route

 

My friend Bender

he even played God

watch out for his visor

when he points and nods

 

Yes he ruled his belly

with an iron fist

those on his back

were getting sick

 

Crime broke out

and so did a war

now all those aliens

are no more

 

My friend Bender

has favorite saying

bite my shiny metal a*s

you had better start praying

 

 

I miss my friend bender

when times are rough

he always makes me laugh

with the crudest stuff

I love Bender. He's my favorite character on Futurama. I rembember the turtle! They were so much alike... :D Nice write!
