Falling Shadows

Falling Shadows

A Poem by Balkaran Sidhu
"

This piece was composed in just about 15-20 mins...quickest that i have ever written ......Words.....just hit my mind when i was watching TV earlier today

"

So many voices to hear
So many choices to make
In this silence of oneness
I am putting myself on the stake
those falling shadows are just chasing my dreams
and those invisible eyes
are just breaking my dreams.
My Destiny is still faraway
its giving birth to
a darkness inside me,
Only when I reach there
I will be feeling free.

First the title in view is good in the fact that it is intriguing. Good poem too

Sonetimes you have to reach inside to reach out. I tried to think of another title, but came to the conclusion that "Falling Shadows" pretty much says it all.

I really like this poem, I like the idea of inner conflict breading shadows of the soul. I think the title works rather well personally
