Sobriety and the F*cked Up Society

This poem is one of my favorites that I wrote. It's explaining things of the society that are really messed up and people complain about it but do nothing to change it.

Sober ?
let me get high and
then we can talk
about sobriety.
about the f*cked
up world and the
psychotic society.
how we yearn for prosperity
but that meant hard work which had such unfamiliarity.
how the young ones act like they have temerity
how they pretend they don't need anybody but they secretly want popularity.
how the birth rate in teens have celerity
but them young ones don't even have maturity
do you feel me, would you like some more clarity ?
alright well lets talk about how
the young n****s have barbarity
no formality.
and no respect for authority
but they expect respect from the majority
is that not irony ?
I guess in this world it doesn't matter about inequality
because we all have congenital anomaly
maybe we all just need some psychotherapy.
