Walking on Broken Glass.

Walking on Broken Glass.

A Poem by Jennifer Ellen

I don’t want to be the one that is hurt,
I don’t want to be the one who is deceived first,
You tell me everything will be fine,
But I want you to tell me the truth for once,

Don’t look at me with those eyes,
There are just full of lies,
You'll pay for what you have caused,
Look away you monster.

{Your walking on broken glass,
Cause you knew we wouldn’t last,
This world we call ours is crumbling down,
there is no way out,
So honey,
Your in for one big disaster.}

When the stars align,
all hell breaks lose,
you said it'd be fine
now i have to choose
which way of living
would prove
best fitting for me
you're now a apart of my history

{Your walking on broken glass,
Cause you knew we wouldn’t last,
This world we call ours is crumbling down,
there is no way out,
So honey,
Your in for one big disaster.}B ig

About
I am a beautifully broken poet. I wonder why the world has so much hate in it. I hear my heart beat loud as I look at what’s to come in my life. I see the words from my heart flow out and ont.. more..
