Very good! I enjoyed the second stanza. "Toolkit for citizens" so true, so true. I also enjoyed how you didn't seem to take an obvious stance on your personal opinion of weather or not this "trending" is good or bad. You simply talked about it happening. Again, very good job. This was a very enjoyable read!
