Rejection

Rejection

A Poem by Timewithoutgesture

Have not a soul to convey you aid. Not a mess to be cleaned but always made.

A disturbing turmoil interfused with great rigid conceit. Empty with error, and haunted by false belief.

Given only a nervous and shaking hand. A slip from firm grip for the palm has to rip.

Have not a soul to provide you affection. A soul not to give you warmth, but only rejection.
