Devil (Micro Poem XV.)

Devil (Micro Poem XV.)

A Poem by Beto
"

To sacrifice.

"
Micro Poem XV.

In the Palace of Rutile a king there dwells
who sits on a throne 'neath the shadow of bells
a choir
           --of thousands--
                                   piercing and shrill
for those
              --who perished--
                                       to let him build
the Kingdom of Mold and let bloom finally
the Flower called Sin - his final victory
it may wither with him in barren depths
where lifeless bones greet squirming guests
Capella knows
                --his final will--
                                       by no-one understood.
