Life Loves Death

Life hurts a lot more than death, but love can be stronger.

A Beautiful lie
And the painful truth
One would remind you of the sky
The other, will make you wish you were bulletproof
but they love each other
and need one another

Life hurts a lot more than death
Or so they say
but yet people are more afraid of the dark than the light
and they treat it like they wouldn't have it any other way

Like day turns to night
So close, yet so far away
They can't always be right there for each other
but still they find a way
Life keeps sending gifts to death
and he doesn't know what to do or say
He just has a feeling that he's ment to keep them forever.

They have been together for longer than words describe
They don't even need to be near each other to keep their love alive
Like secret admirers
Their love started this flame inside
That can't seem to subside

Life still loves death even if he scares you
and sadly she won't change her mind
Which makes you sad
But there's nothing more you can do

Sometimes love is stronger than the truth
and sometimes... it can hurt more too.
