The Final Goodbye

This poem tells when you no your relationship is over ,,

 

I took a look at my life and wonder what I can do now,

I thought we would last forever but it's over

somehow.

I thought I had you hooked and you would never leave me,

But then it took you leaving for me to finally see.

I'm gonna be ok and my life will still go

on,

You know time doesn't stop just because your love is gone.

So as we finally make this time our very last good-bye,

I'm walking away and hope you are not gonna

cry.

Great flow and the emotions was strong in this peace. The ending gave the readers some courage that they can move on past break ups.

Good portrayal of a universal experience. The sadness of the realization is palpable. But the reasoned recognition of the fact is, in itself, hope for the future.
