My Guardian

My Guardian

A Poem by Thief Lord Alex
"

Something I wrote a couple years back.

"

My guardian, my guardian
Where did you go?
Was I just a puppet?
Used in a show?
Did you ever really care?
Did you ever notice if I was there?
Did you ever wonder what I felt?
Did you ever care as I knelt
Crying and dying and lying
On the cold hard floor
But you weren't there anymore
Not in my sight but still I could hear
You were laughing at me
So it was true?
You used me for a show, like you always do?
My guardian, my guardian
Where did you go?
Don't answer that, I already know...

this is the first piece by you that i have read so far and i will get to the others ...
i feel for you
you can tell you were upset....
i remember writing while i was upset and reading it later...the pain was still so real ....
writing is a kind of release for those types of pain

who ever was given the title 'guardian' over you seemed to have fumbled the ball....that is so sad
