What do you see?

 

A question has been plaguing me

And so I’ll ask it finally

 

When you look at me

Tell me; tell me, what do you see?

 

What do you see

When you look at me?

 

I wish to be aware

Of the title I bear

 

So I’ll ask once more

Of the title I wear

 

What do you see in me?

Am I what you want to see?

 

I wonder through the day

Of what you’ll say

 

What do they see

When they look at me?

 

That question had been plaguing me

And so I asked it finally

 

So tell me, tell me

What do you see?
