Dark & Light

Had an urge to write.

Some people are scared of the dark
Others deny it's existence
They call it an ugly morbid thing
I see it as a beautiful thing
Something that only the ones who accept that they are different can experience
Something that the people who call them selves "normal" can never experience

They mock those who embrace the dark with open arms
Scoff at them as if they are rats in the night
Believing that they are "superior"
Let me ask you something
Would you rather be blind to reality or face to face with it.
