I collect cats,

It's what I do.

I have as many cats as a life time of "I love you's."

If I go on a date,

As a matter of fact,

I like to leave out what I lack.

For example,

I tell him I have a Birman,

A Persian or two.

But, leave out if I please,

That I do not have a siamese.

I love to hold them,

Stroke their soft fur.

Play with them and make them purr.

So many cats,

But I always keep track.

There's Mitsy,

Bitsy,

Daisy too,

And even big Ol' Mr. Patt.

I hope I've told you all the facts,

'Cause,

I like to say you can never have too many cats!

Oh, you crazy cat-lady in the making! :D Lovely poem.. not purrrrfect - a bit strangled in places but you knew that already, I'm sure. Still, it has this insidious cuteness about it that makes you want to read it again and again; much like stroking that cat in your lap. We do it just because it feels good.. and the cat seems to like it too! ^_^

This poem definitely shows your creativity and also affection for these cute cuddly animals. At the moment where i'm at my aunt has a persian cat, it looks exactly like garfield it's so fluffy but scratches a lot. I love the name Mr Patt :P nice poem Katye!

indoor but he's on heat so he just run's away to go chase p***y.. pun well.. yeah intended. But like he gets hungry and comes back, since he's a golden persian cat he's pretty rare in this place which is mostly village where i'm at now, my aunts place..so someone could have robbed him too :(
