Drawn On Signs

Drawn On Signs

A Poem by Bluefire

Softened melodies in my head,
Frozen tears in my bed.
Crying swift rivers, a labyrinth's curse,
Threatening an ever closing hearse.
I'll give anything for those long lost days of endless plays, Nights breazing across your face.
Darkened rumors wafting through the air,
Every word given without a care.
Always crushing up my filthy lungs,
Never thinking twice of loaded guns.
Breathing only to be kicked in the gut.
You admitted yourself maybe you're a s**t.
Golden ripples through the brass,
Dark red flames licking the grass.
Toughened by the wind she's got to pass,
Through a world she could not last.
Joking just to see the light of day,
Playing with the scars that took her away.
Written on her heart,
A crack to break,
Tap it fast to end the quake.
