Nothing

Nothing

A Poem by Jordan Avechuco

What if I was the nothingness you crave?
What if I lived for nothing but your pleasure?
Would you want me then?
Would I be enough for you to fill with your forgotten dreams?
Does your pride conflict with your happiness?
I am the nothing you want in life....
Drowning in your nothingness I have become just that,
Nothing.
Go ahead get your pleasure on my nothing,
Thats all I am to you,
Nothing.
Keep telling youself that,
Because fact of the matter is,
You're nothing without me.
Fill me with your broken dreams,
Your lost hopes,
I am the nothing you crave.
I am nothing without you.

I absolutely love this poem. I really connected to it and the way you made it sound like speech really cemented the feeling. Thanks for the great read. :)
