Lonely Scars

Lonely Scars

A Poem by BowKitty

Day by day goes by,
I don't even notice time fly,
All i remember through the days
Is this deep and constant haze.

Before i try, and fail, to sleep,
I make new scars, running deep,
Line by line, to feel the pain,
Tears and blood make up my rain.

Nobody knows, or suspects a thing,
I just fade away as they all sing,
Sleeves and smiles conceal
All the pain i always feel.

Now razors are my only friend,
Who would've thought this is how it would end?
Drowning while watching everyone breathe,
When I'm gone, no one will grieve.
