World's True Face

World's True Face

A Poem by Brandon Kabagambe
"

A poem that speaks on Humanity and the truth of the worlds.

"

Living the darkness, the shadows not even follow.

A mere thought of hope like a drop of blood in a desert.

Offer no less to yourself, Like a mother to the world.

Wonders of the world, diamonds of within Happiness.

Nature, Nature. So consistent but unpredictable so does mankind.

Seeds of Joy scarce. Justice a weapon not loaded,

In the midst of child abuse, mother torture, and increased human preys.

Ask no more of governments rather birds flying the farthest.

Living the darkness, the shadows not even follow.

New lands so green, so foreign.

Home shuts, new masters prey to last meat on skin.

Blesses is he who serves their own blood to the creature,

To them, the future is promised.

Cursed are revolutionaries, darkness is knocking.
