I Found Solitude

One of my best friends reminded me that sometimes you need to detatch yourself and take time to think life through again and solve what feels wrong in your own life. "Thank you, YourWorthIt"

I'm locked in a room with all my thoughts.

The stress and confusion is left outside.

What can I clear up with the time I've bought?

Love problems that condemn my heart inside?

Or unbind my mind to let my thoughts glide?

 

Calm is my attitude,

In my own world of solitude.

Free is my mind,

as thoughts are whirled into line.

 

I am ready to face my life outside.

I am ready to seek what my mind sought.

I cross each bridge, climb to each ledge with pride.

I'm proud to be where i am and see where i'm not.

I regret not a thing, I love the life I got.

 

Unlocked from a room with all my thoughts.
