Remind Me

Remind Me

A Poem by *~*Butterfly Kisses*~*

Remind me of the fires

That burned within my heart

When you caressed my cheek

In my time of need and hurt.

Remind me of the times

When our love felt so right

As we walked under the boardwalk

And the stars were shining bright.

Remind me of the nights

When we couldn't fall alseep

Lost in the embrace of each other

Of a love we both felt so deep.

Remind me of the kisses

As I got lost within your eyes

I never wanted to leave your side

I never even wanted to say goodbye.

We need the memories to keep us content in a long life. I like the repetition and the desire of the poem. I like the ending to the excellent poem.

It was beautiful. I know that you were going for more of a i lost my love direction but instead i got the newly found love vibe from the poem which let me tell you makes the poem seem even better and makes you appreciate love even more.

Touching work. The only bad thing about this poem is that it's missing an acoustic guitar. You have the potential of a great songwriter.
