Frustrated

Frustrated

A Poem by C.smooth
"

how I feel about what I'm seeing

"

This was a long time coming

I tried to hold it in like every man

But I know that holding it in will not make me a better man

But instead my frustration will make me a weaker man

Anger building up inside me puts me on the same level as the common man

It’s hard being a man with standards without none

I see w****s every day I wish I could put clothes on them, and send them off to become nuns

I see N’s with their pants on the ground trying to be the boss, but they don’t know the cost

Anger builds up inside me like a volcano

I steam at what I see while lava flows through my veins

I wish the B’s and the N’s could see the world for what it is

Moist men ought harden up and grow up

Hard women ought to become the queens they were destined to be

All I hear is talk about the future, but where are the seeds at?

Shut up

Runaway

That all that they are good for

This frustration is killing me like heart disease

Because I love my people so much you can call it a disease

Whites lynching blacks is irreverent,

Blacks would rather kill their brother than shoot at another

They say the truth shall set you free, so tell me why I still see the chains?

I’m Frustrated…
