Did you REALLY love her?

Did you crave her presence in the same way that she longed for your attention when your mind was a million miles away?

Did you ever realize how much she needed to feel your touch, when you were nowhere to be found?

Did she light up your world, the way you did hers?
Tell me- is it dark without her around?

Did you ever get lost inside of her beauty,
Captivated by the way her eyes shined so bright?

Do you ever hear her still whisper to you that everything will be alright?
Do you miss her voice?
The secret language shared that only you two knew.
The conversation without making a sound.

She loved you. More than she loved life itself.
To see you smile, she would give her last breath.
You gave her a "forever" in such a short amount of time.
Never let your heart question if she loved you.

She loved you unconditionally. With every part of her heart and soul. She was hopelessly devoted to you.
From day one, until her death .

Keep her memories alive- Keep her spirit in your heart.
If you do, you will never be apart. True Love Never Dies.

The love we had was a friendship that was real and true .
She often questioned if his love for her was genuine.
Here it is- only 3 months after she's passed and he's moved on with a baby on the way.

Life goes on - I know .
But , still my heart aches for her.
Because I know how she felt about him.

One sided love can be a heart breaker, but love given is done so with much generosity on the part of the giver. Sometimes we don't appreciate that until a later time when we quietly reflect.

I wrote this to my friend that passed away's boyfriend. I know that time stops for none.
But , she questioned if he loved her all the time.
She's been gone only 3 months and he is already moved on with a baby on the way.

So, here I am.
Wondering if he DID love her.

He may very well have loved her. People grieve in different ways. The fact that he appears to have moved on with his life does not necessarily mean that love was missing. My friend who died, her husband found someone else within a few months. He loved my friend very much and couldn't cope on his own.
